RnR TRI CAMPS Approach
Our Training Philosophy
We believe that triathlon training camps should be relaxing, not at all intimidating & achieveable for all abilities. Our goal for all camps is to provide a schedule that focuses on having fun, with great flexibility to cater for everyones individual needs, whether you have never done a triathlon before or are an experienced Ironman triathlete. If you can't swim or ride a bike, we will take care of you & advise you to dip in & out of the schedule if you are tired. Perhaps you aspire to qualify for Vegas or Kona, in which case we can guide you & help you accumulate a few extra miles in addition to the programme. All workouts are done in 2 or 3 groups so everyone feels comfortable training at the right level. Diversity is the key to our success!
